Number of HCAHPS Complteted Survey - It is important to remember that the first row of data is for 12 months and that the second row of data is for 6 months.  The national average number is not publicly available.  Also, GMC-DeWitt does not participate in the HCAHPS survey but does suvery their customers experiences.
