"In today's busy world, we need to take time to listen to the signs our bodies send us to make us aware of problems," said Barbara Marsden, Director of Genesis Workplace Services. "Secondary stress can trigger other health related problems. Learning to identify with yourself – your heart, mind and intuition – is key to living more consciously."
The cost is $40 per person and includes breakfast. For information, or to register, contact Genesis Workplace Services at 563-421-3662. The registration deadline is September 28.
