HealthQuest-Link is a unique information, assistance and benefit program developed for caregivers of our members. Through this program you appoint someone who would most likely help make important health care decisions in the future for you. HealthQuest-Link designee are entitled to receive a number of free benefits and services including:

• Wallet Card featuring important emergency phone numbers.
• HealthQuest-Link Line, a single toll free number to provide a vital "link" to a variety of available Quad City area programs and services. Should HealthQuest members be hospitalized at Genesis Medical Center, Davenport, DeWitt or Illini Campus, the HealthQuest coordinator can help your designee by answering questions, identifying resources, reviewing payment options, and make referrals to appropriate programs and services.
