10% to 50% Prescription Savings - If you are uninsured, have limited prescription coverage and have high prescription costs, you may choose to purchase a HealthQuest Savers Program membership for $55. The service assures you and your immediate family the lowest price on your prescription needs - savings from 10 to 50 percent on most prescriptions. Preferred prices have been negotiated with a pharmacy network that includes more than 45,000 pharmacy locations and is comprised of 85 percent of all pharmacies nationwide.

Vision Care - Also included in the $55 HealthQuest Savers Program mentioned above is a discount of 20 to 60 percent on eyeglasses, contact lenses (excluding disposables), non-prescription sunglasses, and other items at over 8000 optical centers nationwide. Local participants include Lens Crafters, optical centers in Sears and J.C. Penney's and Eye Care Studio in Bettendorf. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
