What does that mean? MercyOne Genesis is the best place in the region for elders to receive care.
Why It's Distinct
NICHE is unlike other programs in that it doesn't prescribe how institutions should modify geriatric care. Rather, it provides necessary resources and tools to facilities to help stimulate and support the planning and implementation process.
NICHE aims to achieve systematic nursing change that benefits the care of older adults in all health care settings. By receiving this certification, NICHE recognizes MercyOne Genesis' commitment to this goal.
