I am extremely passionate about preventative medicine. I spent nearly three years working on the Cardiac Step-down Unit (CSU) at Genesis East. I was taking care of some of the sickest patients in the hospital. During that time, I began to wonder if some of these severe health conditions were preventable. That is what drove me to specialize in family medicine. I believe that together, patients and providers can keep themselves and loved ones happy and healthy at home.

I believe that patients and providers are partners. Each patient has a right to make important decisions about their health. My role is to simply keep them informed of the latest medical recommendations so they can be better equipped to make these decisions.
