Therapy is about teamwork. It is about you and I working together to achieve a goal. Each day I get to witness hard work, determination, and success. I am lucky enough to play a part in all of that.

Every person is different. Two people with the exact same diagnosis should not be treated the same. My treatments are individualized to meet the physical and emotional needs of each patient. I believe that bodies were meant to move. Movement paired with manual therapy, and a personalized exercise program, is the best form of medicine.

When I was 15, I tore my ACL. I was a competitive athlete, and this was a devastating injury that required surgery and months of physical therapy. In a time when I was at my worst, my physical therapist was at her best. She gave me the hope and motivation I needed to persevere. Every day, I strive to be that person for my patients.
