I love giving people the tools to help themselves and be knowledgeable on how to stay healthy.

I originally went to school to become a physical therapist. While I was obtaining my bachelors degree I did an internship in cardiac rehab. I LOVED the patients and that I didn't have to continue on with school for another 3 years but could work with patients and educate them on how to live a healthy life.

I moved to Aledo when I married my husband in 2017. We have two kiddos, and two dogs. We keep busy with activities for the kiddos and spending time with family and friends. We love to be outside as much as possible!
