Kevin Rossmiller, CHFM

Bio: Rossmiller joined Genesis in 2006 as a Project Management Specialist, was named Manager of Engineering, Maintenance & Construction in 2007 and held that position for four months before being promoted to Director of Engineering, Maintenance & Construction. He served in the Interim Executive Director position for five months before being named to the permanent position in April 2018. He played an integral role in every aspect of the $149 million Campus Optimization new tower project at the GMC-East Rusholme Street Campus, and is managing the final phase of the project, which includes remodeling the old Operating Room space into the new Outpatient Care Center, remodeling the old Emergency Department, expanding and remodeling the Radiology Department and adding second floor procedure suites. The work is scheduled for completion in summer 2018.
Rossmiller is a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM), a certification granted through the American Hospital Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University, and earned a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University.
Rossmiller stays busy in the community and serves on the Board of Directors for Medic Emergency Medical Services, the Silvis School District Board of Education and the Black Hawk Area Special Education District Governing Board.
Rossmiller and his wife, Wendy, live in East Moline with their two daughters.
