I feel blessed to be in a profession that allows me to incorporate my love of exercise, wellness, and education to make a difference in people's lives.

With a focus on evidence-based practice, I strive to treat everyone with the same level of care with which I treat my family and friends. I believe that education is key and that when given proper education, people can learn to manage their problems independently.
