Physical therapy is an active hands-on approach to achieving specific function based goals for our patients. I am really driven to work with patients to achieve their personal goals with guidance/coaching. I truly enjoy getting to make that personal connection with each patient.

I became interested in the profession of physical therapy back in high school when researching health care professions. It was an inner "calling" to be in healthcare and this matched my interests in the classroom as well as my extra-curricular activities. My philosophy of care is providing quality and compassionate care to achieve the best outcome to each and every patient that I have the pleasure of working for.

I grew up in eastern Iowa in a small rural community. I am the second oldest of 5. I married my husband in 1991 and we have two awesome son's, Dane Christian, born in 1997, and Benjamin Charles, born in 1999. I enjoy spending time at home with family, walking our dog, reading a good book, and simple gardening. Also, I am the biggest fan to our kids extra-curricular activities!
