My passion is to take care of people to the best of my ability and their capability in improving their quality of life. To assist in returning to their job, hobby or sports. My job is my career, is my passion and my calling in life. I truly enjoy working and taking care of others.

At our clinic we treat a wide variety of diagnosis. But, not one person is the same with their injury, weakness or in how they respond to treatment. Everyone has their story and why they come to us for care, and it is my job to provide the best treatment I can tailored to the needs of my patients.

For me, I have been a patient of Physical Therapy a few times. My first experience with PT as a patient was treatment for an ankle sprain that I sustained while playing softball. I loved playing the game and gave it my all even with torn ligaments. My injuries forced me to make a difficult choice. I needed to take better care of myself and do physical therapy or I would risk further injury that would lead to surgery and permanent damage.

This experience, during my freshman year in high school, led me to pursue Physical Therapy as a career.

Areas Of Interest

My interests are orthopedic diagnosis' with growing interest with the pelvic girdle included in women's health care regarding pelvic floor strengthening and stability. My passion is to grow in knowledge in this area and continue to work with the variety of clients we see on a daily basis. My hope is to reach out to pregnant women while pregnant and postpartum for strength and stability training and to learn and understand our bodies more as moms with what can be treated potentially without medications or surgeries for bladder control and low back pain etc. I have been to multiple courses for incontinence and pelvic muscle training. I plan to take more classes with deeper education on pelvic floor care.

I am wife and mother of three young children. We have a family pet named Rizzo which the kids named him after one our family favorite Cubs baseball players. We all enjoy the outdoors and traveling to explore.
