I love what I do because it gives me the chance to improve other's independence and their overall quality of life. I look forward to helping people progress toward their goals that they may not realize are attainable.

My personal physical therapist growing up was what really interested me in becoming a PT. I always wanted to give back to others what she had given to me in all my years of PT visits. I decided I'd be a PT when I was 13, and never changed my mind.

Areas Of Interest

Specifically, any neurologic diagnosis, like post-stroke or TIA, MS, Parkinson's, etc. Another prevalent area of interest is lower back pain. I do also like working with runner's to get them back to what they love doing.

I typically spend my free time exercising or doing anything I can outside. Running is my favorite; however, hiking is a close second. Recently, my dog has become a big part of my free time as well!
