Rehabilitating from an injury can be a life changing experience for anyone, whether they are an athlete or have goals to get back to their prior level of daily functioning. I feel like I can make a lasting impact on my patients and develop life long relationships with many of them, which gives me a great sense of purpose and accomplishment.

I believe in individualized treatment for my patients, and an eclectic approach to their plan of care. Everybody has different needs and no two injuries are the exact same, so ensuring that their needs are met based on their sport, position, or personal goals is extremely important.

I played football, basketball, and baseball throughout high school and played collegiate lacrosse for 4 years. I had knee injuries during my athletic career in both high school and college, and had great experiences during my rehabilitation from surgeries. Those experiences sparked my passion for the field of physical therapy, and more specifically treating athletes.

Areas Of Interest

I treat many athletes from various backgrounds. I see a lot of throwers, athletes in contact sports, those requiring jumping/pivoting/cutting, and runners. These sports would include baseball, softball, football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, pickleball, lacrosse, and rugby. However, I am also very experienced in general orthopedics so am comfortable working with patients of all ages and demographics.

I enjoy spending time attending sporting events and being in the outdoors with my family. My wife and I love all sports, but are huge Green Bay Packer fans and typically attend a few games each year. I am also an avid fisherman, and go on trips to Lake Erie and Wisconsin every year fishing with friends and family. Also, my wife and I have spent a lot of time camping and hiking in national parks, and hope to one day visit all of them in the United States. We also love travel in general and go abroad frequently to experience other cultures as well. We had our first child in 2023 and are enjoying raising him, hoping he enjoys experiencing these things with us in the future.
