My first degrees were Sociology and Political Science, and while they opened doors to interesting places for me, I did not feel like I was really "doing" anything important, and I was not giving back. My goal is to always make a difference in the life of those I treat.

You cannot fix a problem until you get to the root of the problem. I like to unravel the problem and fix it from the bottom up so its gone completely.

I am a native Iowan, and I grew up not far from where the Field of Dreams now grows. I keep busy with my three kids, husband and 2 dogs. I like to walk, travel, and do home and landscaping projects when I have time.
