Golf Performance Program

Take an In-Depth Look Into How Your Body Can Complete the Golf Swing for Optimal Results

Make Every Movement Meaningful

Lack of strength, mobility, and poor kinetic sequence are the biggest roadblocks to being a better golfer, leading to inconsistency, frustration lack of power and even worse, injury.

MercyOne Genesis Physical Therapists use a customized and specific screening to observe an individual’s movement and note where some limitations in physical ability occur when the golfer is completing their swing.

We examine possible injury sites for the individual golfer, and our Physical Therapists will help address and prevent potential injuries.

Customized Screenings and Programs for Golfers

Our team strives to provide the most up-to-date and research-based treatments for sports-related injuries and performance.

Our Golf Performance Program was developed by specialists who have knowledge and backgrounds in golf. Our program allows us to help differentiate subtle differences and limitations in a golfer's swing with the use of anatomy, kinesiology, and biomechanics.

MercyOne Genesis certified professionals are physical therapists. They evaluate the strength and mobility of the human body in relation to the golf swing while addressing any physical factors that may be limiting the player’s golf swing.

These limitations could put the player at an increased risk of injury, and limit his/her ability to achieve the maximum potential of the individual golf swing.

If a body can’t carry out the proper mechanics of a golf swing, it limits the player’s ability to swing the club efficiently and increases a golfer’s risk for injury.
