No physician referral necessary. Therapeutic exercise for all joints in an indoor swimming pool. The aquatic therapy and exercise program improves participants' strength, range of motion, flexibility and endurance.

Self-Directed 1 time/week/month (average 4 visits) - $20
Self-Directed 2 times/week/month (average 8 visits) - $40
Self-Directed 3 times/week/month (average 12 visits) - $57
Directed 2 times/week/month (average 8 visits) - $45
Participants will be required to pay the class fee for the month regardless of attendance. Payment is due at the beginning of the month. Extended absences due to surgery or illness may be excused on an individual basis under the discretion of the instructor.
