I'm passionate about what I do because I've had some personal experiences in my life that caused me to make some changes in the way I think and behave and I want to share what I've learned with others to empower them to find their own solutions to feel better and enjoy their lives more.

My philosophy of care is compassionate and holistic. I try to see the whole person and not just the symptoms. I've always been fascinated with health care and looking at the connections between body, mind, emotions and spirit and how imbalances in one area can cause issues in other areas. My goal is to help patients find balance and improved quality of life.

Areas Of Interest

I will be working with patients who have cardiac impairments, and will be working with them to address possible emotional and mental health issues that may develop or have been an underlying issue that needs to be addressed in order to fully recover. My main interests are treating depression and anxiety disorders, but I have worked with many other issues, as well.

I have lived in the Quad Cites since 1991. I have one daughter who is 22, a cat and 2 parakeets. I enjoy performing in various community theatres, most recently doing interactive murder mysteries. I enjoy Jazzercize and knitting, and love movies.
