I have extensive training in Adlerian Play Therapy, Filial Play Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, and support the "Love and Logic" parenting philosophy. I specialize with adolescents (13-28 years) using specialized types of art therapy and cognitive behavioral play techniques. I treat adults and children who have been traumatized and am EMDR trained. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as the basis for my treatment approaches to Depression and Anxiety.
