Skin health has a large impact on people's well-being, whether it be their sense of self/self image or their ability to function in daily life. As a dermatologist, I am able to positively impact patients' lives by helping to restore their confidence and capabilities. From infants to elderly, I get the opportunity to build lasting connections with patients and families.

I was drawn to a career in medicine because it gives me a chance to develop relationships with patients and engage in problem solving that requires adapting on a case by case basis. It also allows me to be a life-long learner as the field of dermatology is continually expanding. I am driven to help others and have a positive impact, while challenging myself to learn more so I can become the best doctor I can be.
