Being a healthcare provider gives me the opportunity to help people who may not have access to health care or may not have anyone who will listen to them. I'm passionate about researching and learning about acute musculoskeletal pain, anxiety and depression , reducing menopause symptoms, and helping patients to deal with their medical problems.

I have spent over 24 years in the medical field. I've learned a lot along the way and love mentoring new nurses. I moved from an emergency nurse to a Family Nurse practitioner so I could advance my skills and provide care to the community. I take pride in treating people with respect and hold myself to a high standard of practice. I have enjoyed learning how to care for people in emergency situations and helping them through their acute situations. Nursing has been a great profession for me and I am rewarded by being able to work as a Practitioner and providing people with quality care.

I am originally from just outside the Quad City area and reside in Geneseo. My wife and I love trying new restaurants and traveling to new places. I recently bought a camper so we could take the dogs traveling too. I do a lot of crafts and love hanging out with the grandchildren. In my free time, I work in the yard, trying to grow grass while having four dogs that love to dig.
