Sarah Schlickman joined Davenport Surgical Group, PC as a Nurse Practioner in February 2017.

Sarah began her career in health care by working as a registered nurse in the Critical Care Unit at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital in Elmhurst, IL. After relocating to Iowa, she worked in the Surgical and Trauma Intensive Care Unit at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. She has ten years of ICU experience as a registered nurse.

Sarah received her Nurse Practitioner Degree from Graceland University in Independence, MO in 2013. Prior to joining DSG, Sarah worked as a nurse practitioner in chronic pain management.

Sarah works with the physicians assisting in the operating room and works with them providing care to patients in the hospital. She is able to provide consultations in the emergency room and also for patients in the hospital. Sarah enjoys caring for patients with diverse surgical issues including trauma injury.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family. Her interests include boating, camping, downhill skiing, and traveling.
