I love to be able to make patients leave with the sense that they received the best possible care that I am able to give. To hear that patients come scared, then leave relieved is an amazing feeling.

The philosophy I have is, "The care I want my loved ones to receive, is the care I want to give." People come to medical professionals already frightened to seek care, so it is within our duty as a healthcare team give the best, most reassuring care possible.
