MercyOne Genesis Aledo Medical Center is a 22-bed, critical access hospital located in Aledo, Ill., and has served the health care needs of Mercer County residents since 1950. Over the years, the hospital has added services to accommodate the evolving health care needs of the community. GMC-Aledo offers a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and community health services delivered by highly- qualified health care professionals. Our employees take great pride in their work and treat every patient as our family and friends.

MercyOne Genesis Aledo Family Medicine opened in 1997 and employs four physicians and one physician’s assistant offering services in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Podiatry, Occupational Medicine and Women’s Health. Our team of medical professionals provides comprehensive general health care, including physical examinations, treatment and monitoring of chronic and acute health problems, as well as injury treatment, for both adults and children.

As the only health center in the county, GMC-Aledo plays a vital role in providing local health care to a diverse population.
