At MercyOne Genesis Davenport Surgical Care our Board Certified General Surgeons specialize in general surgery, including surgery of the gastrointestinal system, endocrine system, skin and soft tissues, hernias, breast diseases, trauma surgery and others.

BREAST SURGERY

Our Board Certified General Surgeons provide Breast Surgery services including biopsy, lymph nodes, mastectomy and lumpectomy at the Kenneth H McKay, MD Center for Breast Health, located one floor beneath Davenport Surgical Group in MOB I, Suite 210.

BARIATRIC SURGERY

Our Board Certified General Surgeons provide Bariatric Surgery services including Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass, Sleeve Gastrectomy and LAP-BAND at the MercyOne Genesis Center for Weight Management, located in MOB II, Suite 101.

CANCER SURGERY

Our Board Certified General Surgeons provide Cancer Surgery including Melanoma, Pancreatic, Liver, Colon, Gastric, Esophageal and Porta catheters for Chemotherapy.

TRAUMA SURGERY

Our Board Certified General Surgeons are part of the Trauma Surgical Services team at Genesis Medical Center's Level 2 Trauma Center. They are involved in monthly trauma education conferences for physicians and medical staff held at MercyOne Genesis Medical Center.
