Billing information
MercyOne Genesis Davenport Headache Care is a hospital-based clinic and a department of the hospital. When you see a health care provider or receive services in a hospital-based clinic, you are receiving care that meets hospital standards. As a result, you or your insurance will receive two bills – one for provider services and one for hospital services. We encourage patients to contact their insurance companies to ensure they are aware of the costs associated with being seen in our clinic prior to having an appointment.
