Because MercyOne Genesis at Work is a part of a larger health system, we provide care around-the-clock for work-related injuries. But where to go to get that care depends on the day and time.
When to dial 911...
If you or someone you know is experiencing the following symptoms, dial 911 immediately:
- Severe chest, neck or left arm pain
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Loss of consciousness
- Severe abdominal pain
- Severe headache
- Crush injury involving the chest or abdomen
- Injuries with extreme force
- Unrestrained motor vehicle accident
- Large cut or laceration
- Wound with uncontrollable bleeding
- A fall from somewhere high
- Bony deformity
- Loss of hearing, sensation or vision
If the injury happens during clinic hours...
Visit any one of our MercyOne Genesis Occupational Health locations.
If the injury occurs outside of clinic hours and does not require trauma care...
Visit a MercyOne Genesis Convenient Care location.
If the injury requires trauma care...
Either call 911 or go to one of our emergency rooms immediately.
