I am passionate helping others regain function. I am passionate about overall health and wellness and strive to achieve the highest level of function for my patients. I enjoy assisting people get back to work, sport, and previous function.

I initially started my career as an Athletic Trainer as a student at my high school which brought me to the field of AT/PT. My philosophy is no matter who you are or where you're from, everyone deserves complete, compassionate, and non-judgmental care.

My major focus in physical therapy is outpatient post-surgical rehab. I specialize in rehab of shoulder injuries of all kinds. I also specialize in sports related rehab and therapies that can help people return to work.

I am passionate about health and wellness. In my free time I enjoying working out, lifting, being active in the community, and teaching fitness classes. I enjoy the outdoors and am greatly family oriented.
