I enjoy being a physical therapist because I believe that every individual in the world could benefit from physical therapy at some point in their life. Everyone has experienced pain, and my goal is to not let pain dictate your lifestyle.

My philosophy of care is aimed towards having a mutual contribution from therapist and patient. Physical therapy is only as effective as the patient allows it to be. Performing your exercise program at home increases the success of therapy.

Areas Of Interest

My focus is primarily on pain involving the neck, back, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles. I also enjoy treating individuals with chronic pain as we attempt to break the pain cycle and return those individuals to the highest level of function possible. Finally, I have a special interest in youth baseball players and preventing/treating pain as a result of throwing.

I enjoy watching and attending baseball games. I'm an avid Chicago Cubs fan and have been enjoying their recent success! I also enjoy playing pickup basketball games during the week with other past-their-prime sports fans. When I'm not active playing sports, I spend my time with my wife watching guilty pleasure tv shows such as Catfish and Ridiculousness.
