Most common lab test results will be viewable in your medical record. Some sensitive results are not currently available.

How do I set up someone else up in my family?

Parents/legal guardians of children under 12 years of age can seek proxy access to their child's account. Access will be automatically revoked when that child turns 12 years old in compliance with privacy regulations. To gain proxy access to your child's account age 0 - 11, please complete a Proxy Access Form.

We realize that parents/caregivers of children and adults with disabilities or other long-term chronic illness will need access to this person's medical record. To gain proxy access to your incapacitated child, please complete a Proxy Access Form.

Why can't I view my teenagers health record?

When a patient is approximately 12 years of age, many providers start having conversations with adolescents regarding private health care needs. To insure confidentiality of these conversations and comply with state laws, parents are not allowed to have access.

If your child is unable to make medical decisions on their own due to medical conditions or illness, you may be granted access to manage their health record.

Why is Cerner IQHealth referenced?

Cerner is the vendor we work with to securely manage your electronic medical record information. MyGenesis is a customized Cerner system which provides you with the capabilities to interact with the medical record system.
