Why Volunteering for MercyOne Genesis Hospice is so special

“It’s a privilege to volunteer for MercyOne Genesis Hospice, just to be able to help someone, even if it’s not in a big way. I feel that this is the most important time in the patients and their families lives. It is very rewarding to be able to be a part of that. I definitely receive more than I give" Ann Fennell, MercyOne Genesis Hospice Volunteer.

Who can volunteer

Volunteers will be required to have a background check, TB test, and Influenza vaccine. (MercyOne Genesis provides these at no cost to you)

Volunteers 14-17 will be required to have a work permit
