McKay Center for Breast Health Donations

Thanks to donor support, the Genesis Foundation has granted funds for patient care, staff education and department needs in the McKay Center for Breast Health for many years.

In the last 3 years alone, the Genesis Foundation has granted over $70,000 to provide mammograms and other breast health screenings for patients unable to afford them.

Because cost should never be a barrier to accessing these essential screenings, the Foundation is committed to raising the funds needed to meet the demand -- an estimated $30,000 annually.

To help achieve this goal, The Jim Victor Vision Fund will match, dollar to dollar, new and increased gifts (up to $25,000) given to the McKay Center for Breast Health (at the Genesis Foundation) until June 30, 2024. These gifts will be used to cover breast imaging services for patients who cannot afford them.
